What filling will you choose? ..... anything you like - you are limited only by your creative imagination and personal preference!  That's why offers its' "Create-a-Crepe "  menu with fresh local vegetables, seasonal fruit and berries, organic when possible and all manner of other tasty additions so that you can "Create-a-Crepe "  of your very own! 

Are you a cheese lover?  Choose from the varied cheese menu, including mozzarella, gruyere, organic brie, emmental and goat's cheese!  And remember - the tasty buckwheat wraps are wheat and gluten free making them suitable coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans and those who have an intolerance to wheat***(see below).

Savoury Galette (buckwheat wraps) filling suggestions

• Mozzarella, fresh vine tomatoes and fresh basil or basil pesto
• Gruyere cheese with local Norfolk Smoked Ham
• Prawn Mayo and Cherry Vine Tomato
• Norfolk Sausage and Homemade Red Onion Relish
• Smoked Salmon, Fresh Dill and Creme Fraiche
• Vegatarian Chilli with homemade guacamole and salsa

And, of course, you can "Create-a-Crepe " of your very own by choosing from a whole host of additional ingredients, like:

• Proper Norfolk Sausage, Free Range Egg, Smokey Bacon or Smoked Norfok Ham
• Fresh Vine Tomato, Fresh Basil, Red Onion
• Various Cheeses - Cheddar, Mozzarella, Goat's, Gruyere, Brie

And spice it up with your choice of relish or condiment:

• Homemade Red Onion Relish or Chutney
• Salsa and Homemade Guacamole

Sweet French Crepes

And let's not forget the traditional favourite - French crepes (rhymes with  "peps") - or, in English - the pancake!  Freshly mixed to traditional recipes, using only fresh, local, free range eggs and quality ethical ingredients - no dried mixes here!  Simple yet truly delicious!  Choice of creative fillings includes:

• Fruit Juices - Lemon, Lime, Orange - with or without sugar or butter
• Fresh Fruit and berries in season
• Maple Flavour syrup or chocolate sauce
• Nutella - a traditional favourite!
• All with or without cream!

Try the "Pick-me-up" Special - a fantastic Crepe Suzette with zingy fresh orange zest and juice and either Cointreau or Grand Marnier and lashings of lovely cream or organic yoghurt!  Over 18's only!
